Hi, I'm Michelle (pronouns: she/her) and I’m so glad you’re here.

As a Croatian-born, Singapore-raised Third Culture Kid (TCK), I've learned the importance of adaptability and finding safety in unfamiliar places. This journey has shaped my approach to therapy, where I create a warm and inclusive space for people of all ages.

Through Art Therapy, we explore difficult experiences, build resilience, and enhance emotional awareness. It's about self-expression, not perfection! I combine Art Psychotherapy with evidence-based therapies to foster lasting positive change.

Ready to start? I can’t wait to meet you and hear your story.

What is Art Psychotherapy?

Art Psychotherapy (sometimes referred to as “Art Therapy”) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines the healing power of art with psychological principles. This unique therapy helps you explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal, creative, and meaningful way. By transforming your experiences into art, you can gain new insights, perspectives, and a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to improved mental wellbeing and self-awareness.

Here are some of the benefits you can experience with Art Psychotherapy:

  • Stress Relief: Reduce stress hormones and uplift your mood, finding peace in the creative process.

  • Emotional Growth: Build confidence and enhance your emotional intelligence, learning to navigate your feelings with greater ease.

  • Self-Expression: Find powerful ways to communicate when words feel insufficient, unlocking your inner voice.

  • Resilience: Develop robust coping skills and resilience, empowering you to face life's challenges with strength and hope.

In the space between words and emotions,
Art Therapy offers a path to healing.
